We use mainly radiant heat, the most comfortable form of heating, providing an even distribution of warmth throughout the entire room. By contrast, radiators rely on convection, heating the air around them to much higher temperatures, which causes the warm air to rise. This leaves the floor as the coolest part of the room, while heat accumulates near the ceiling. Our system eliminates cold spots and ensures warmth is evenly distributed where it is needed most. While conventional radiators can reach up to 75°C, our system operates at a much lower and safer surface temperature, typically between 25°C and 27°C.
KEY SYSTEM COMPONENTS
Underfloor heating distributes lower warm water temperatures through a network of pipes beneath the finished floor. Intelligent thermostats monitor and control the heat to maintain consistent temperatures across the property or in individual zones. The system is compatible with any heat source, including conventional boilers or renewable ground and air source heat pumps.

Thermostats (Heating Controls): Individual room thermostats allow precise control over when and where heating is needed. Smart thermostats signal the wiring centre to activate heating, ensuring the right rooms reach the desired temperature efficiently.

Wiring Centre: The wiring centre manages the central switching of zone actuators, the control pack, and the boiler based on signals from the room thermostats. It also controls the manifold, directing heat to each zone as required.

Pipe Circuits: When heating is activated, the pipe circuits warm the entire floor area to between 25°C and 28°C. This ensures even heat distribution slightly above room temperature for consistent comfort.
UNDERFLOOR HEATING CONTROL: PACK AND MANIFOLD
Warm water from the heat source is pumped to the control pack and mixed to approximately 50°C. The control pack is connected to the manifold, which distributes heat through the pipe circuits installed beneath the floor. This ensures steady, even warmth across all areas of your home, providing comfort and safety throughout.
